Luncheon keynote to highlight Port’s accomplishments and initiatives
WHAT: Port of Los Angeles Executive Director Gene Seroka will deliver the 10th annual “State of the Port” address, highlighting the Port’s recent accomplishments, investments, and priorities for 2025. His remarks will be delivered at a sold-out luncheon to be attended by more than 640 people and hosted by the Pacific Merchant Shipping Association. All proceeds of the luncheon will be donated to local non-profits, EXP and the International Seafarer’s Center of LA/LB.
WHY: This luncheon is an opportunity to hear directly from Executive Director Seroka about the Port of Los Angeles's 2024 accomplishments and plans for the future. The San Pedro Bay port complex is the largest in the country, and a local, regional, and nationwide economic driver, tied to 1 in 9 jobs – almost 1 million – in Southern California.
