Vice President, HR & Administration
Laura Germany is the Vice President of HR and Administration at PMSA. Located in their Oakland headquarters’ office. She is responsible for the daily operations of PMSA which includes: accounting, bookkeeping, human resources, payroll and daily operations. She has been with PMSA since 2004.
Ms. Germany is a board member of the PMSA Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides funding to various non-profit programs that benefit California and Washington port communities, including programs for students, those with disabilities, and seafarers. She is also the President of Women in Logistics of Northern California (WIL). Prior to joining PMSA, she worked at Pacific Maritime Association.
Ms. Germany graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University.
